The wine is a delicate colour, and displays a lively mousse of very fine bubbles in the glass. Excellent fruit intensity from the unique combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that can easily be paired with meats or seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own.
Made in classic Méthode Traditionelle style, this bottle fermented and aged wine has finely balanced acidity and a delicate mousse. Playful and lightly fruity, the daring varietal blend guarantees a truly unique experience.
