Hand-picked chardonnay fruit of clay soil origins.  Elegant and impressive taunts of grilled lime, grapefruit, baking spices and brioche are combined on the palate with notes of toasted almonds, summer ripe nectarine and peach, and a hint of citrus-tinged cream. Earthly-scented and bound with a linen-like texture, slowly unfolding.
