Tasting Note: The 2022 'Robertson' Pinot Gris has classic ripe pears, peach skin and lychees along with a touch of ginger. The palate has good weight, thus endorsing its universal appeal. It is made in an off-dry style (5g/L residual sugar), hence excellent with a variety of fresh cuisine. Whether it be antipasto, peppered-squid and varied Asian dishes, a versatile easy drinking style - enjoy. Cellaring: Drinking now, and will age nicely for up to 3-4 years.
