Tasting Note: Generous rockmelon, stone fruits, brioche, toast and integrated French oak have molded together in the engaging 2021 ‘Marshall Bank’ Chardonnay. It was fermented with indigenous yeast and there is also a portion of malolactic fermentation. Due to the fruit quality and the exceptional growing season, the 2021 ‘Marshall Bank’ will continue to age with style. Cellaring: Approachable now and will age well for another 5+ years. Food Pairing: Slow cooked chicken with seasonal vegetables and a herb-butter.
