Gimblett Gravels Undressed Rosé 2021 750ml
This is a new wine for Stonecroft. It is the first Rosé we have made with no added sulphur. The wine is 100% Syrah, with grapes sourced froma single parcel of fruit from our Roy's Hill Vineyard. It is a dry style, deep pink in colour with vibrant redcurrant flavours. The grapes spent four hours on their skins before being pressed into tank.
