Brennan Wines is a family-owned boutique estate vineyard, winery and cellar door situated in the Gibbston sub-region of Central Otago. The Brennan family first planted vines here over 30 years ago with an intention to produce limited quantities of exceptional wine that truly represents what this region has to offer. Our site offers a wide variation of soils and aspects and this diversity is an instrumental factor in the development of layered complexity in our wines. While Pinot Noir is our mainstay, innovation with different varietals such as Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Tempranillo allows us to explore and expand the possibilities of the Gibbston region.

As our vine numbers and varieties have grown, our philosophy has always remained the same: every wine we make is grown and produced on-site. We embrace the varied conditions of this incredible landscape and strive to showcase the hallmarks of our site. Each wine is a bit of history in a bottle, different from one vintage to the next, yet always founded in elegance, finesse and poise - a true sense of this place.

It has been a fantastic journey so far with so much yet to come.
