Made from 100% single vineyard Parkburn Estate grown Central Otago fruit.  A small parcel created to showcase that clean, fresh, fruity, flinty minerality that Central Otago delivers from our style of Sauvignon Blanc.

Hints of passionfruit, gooseberry and white pepper notes on the nose followed by crisp gooseberry and capsicum notes on the palate.

A great match for all your favourite white meat dishes. This wine is drinking very well now and will age gracefully over the next few years.
