2020 Barrel Fermented Sauvignon Blanc 2020 750ml

The 2020 Grava Sauvignon Blanc was whole-bunch pressed straight to barrel where fermentation took place spontaneously.  The wine then spent a year in barrel before racking to tank for another year on fine yeast lees.  The resulting wine has delicate tropical fruit aromas married with toasty oak and creamy lees characters on the palate. Crisp acidity gives the wine backbone and a lingering finish.  13% alc., dry.
