Melton Estate
Riesling 2022 750ml
Grapes were sourced from a vineyard in Waipara, North Canterbury. On harvest day the grapes were delivered to the winery where they were lightly pressed and sent to tank. The juice was gently fined and allowed to settle on lees. Finally the wine was filtered and bottled in August 2022.
This Riesling has lifted aromas of green apple, lemon and lime on the nose. Citrus notes continue on the palate, giving the wine a wonderful freshness.
