Golden lemon hue. Alluring aromas of smoked manuka, florals, lemon curd, fresh pastry, alongside creamy mascarpone, and grilled pineapple. On the palate a creamy entry and then an electric acidity takes hold and bursts with flavours of a salty Margarita, lemon meringue pie, and grilled pine nuts. The fine boned phenolic texture gives the wine structure and body. A wine with energy and personality.
