Golden Lemon hue with a slight unfiltered haze. Subtle aromas of grilled pine nuts, lemon peel, talcum powder, white florals, with some air it opens up more to reveal brioche and citrus fruits.

The wine has a lovely silky texture and fine boned chalky structure, long and sinewy feel. The flavours are subtle but layered a wine that is more about texture than fruitiness. Grilled pineapple, cashew nuts, salty finish.
