We, along with many others, believe the Waipara Valley to be a very special place for Riesling.

The warm days and cool nights provide ripe, rich fruit while also retaining fresh acidity. Cool fermentation of optimally ripened grapes fills this wine with beautiful aromas of citrus while the palate is refreshing and crisp. Off Dry style, it's richly ripe and fragrant with grilled peach, pineapple, lemon sorbet and floral aromas on the nose, followed by a wonderfully weighted palate delivering creamy texture combined with vibrant acidity, finishing persistent and mouth-watering.
