The three most outstanding Pinot Noir barrels from the 2019 vintage were selected and left to spend an extra six months in oak before being blended together. 

We are ultra-fastidious in our Organic Pinot Noir vineyard to ensure the fruit has intense concentration of flavour. This involves careful hand work to moderate crop levels and expose the fruit to the sun. 

This 2019 Chosen Barrels Pinot Noir is crafted for remarkable longevity, showcasing complexity and concentration. It displays excellent poise and length, with an elegantly rich and velvety mouthfeel. Upon release this wine presents a compelling profile of dark fruit, subtle spice, and savoury notes, promising a rewarding experience both now and as it continues to evolve.
