Lifted and perfumed, the 2025 Ironclad is led by Cabernet Franc with floral notes, dark cherry and bright red fruits, layered with graphite, cedar, olive and dried bay leaf. The palate is generous yet poised, with blackberry, black plum and dark cherry framed by polished, fine-grained tannins and fresh mineral acidity. Cedar spice, roasted cocoa and subtle vanilla add depth, leading to a long, expressive finish of cassis, graphite, saline minerality and crushed black pepper.

Approachable now with some aeration, with the structure to evolve gracefully over the next 8–15 years.
