Rosé 2025 750ml
Pale pink in the glass, with a lifted nose of summer berries, white cherry and a subtle hint of wild alpine herbs. The palate is bone-dry, cool and energetic: red berry and citrus riding a taut spine of natural acidity, with a fine, schist-like minerality that echoes the greywacke and glacial soils of the Kawarau terraces.
