Handcrafted from Syrah, this wine is produced in limited quantities.  Cool fermentation has created a quality, fruit focused wine.  A pale rose colour, it has a fresh and fruity nose with subtle floral notes.  Vibrant spice and strong fruit on the palate with juicy, soft and persistent and refreshing flavours.
