WINEMAKING NOTES
The grapes for this wine were sourced from top terrace of the Askerne vineyard. Selectively handpicked to achieve the perfect balance between clean bunches of late season ripe fruit and a component of medium noble botrytis infection. The wine was fermented in tank and then aged on light lees for 14 months prior to finishing and bottling.

TASTING NOTES
Fragrant and floral with honeysuckle, pear and mandarin citrus notes. Notes of ginger bread spice and crème brûlée add complexity. Flavours of dried apricots and golden queen peach fill the palate which has a delightful balance between sweetness and acidity providing a seamless finish.
