The marriage of two terroirs, our Heartwood Chardonnay is Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay barrel fermented in the finest French oak. The oak trees that took up to 150 years to reach maturity before harvesting and splitting, followed by 30-36 months seasoning, and then crafted into barrels specifically tailored for Tony Bish Wines. A truly harmonious yet intense expression of our Hawkes Bay vineyards and the oak forests of Northen France. Intense, complex, delicious.
