A predominantly Merlot blend offering a juicy and rich wine. Black Doris plum and cassis flavours are in harmony with the well-balanced acidity and fine-grained tannin.
89% Merlot, 7% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1% Cabernet Franc
Hand picked from our two inland vineyard sites, with Bridge Pa Triangle (EARTH vineyard) contributing a soft, fleshy character and Gimblett Gravels concentrated, well structured fruit.
20% aged in new French oak for 15 months, the balance in older seasoned barrels and tank.
