Elephant Hill
Estate Le Phant Blanc 2023 750ml
A unique blend of aromatic white varieties grown at our coastal SEA vineyard. 66% Pinot Gris and 34% Viognier, mostly hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in light lees in tank for 18 months without oak.
Elephant Hill produces hand crafted, small batch, artisanal wines from a blend of up to three sustainably farmed Hawke's Bay vineyards that each contributes a distinctive elemental character: Te Awanga (SEA), Bridge Pa Triangle (EARTH) and Gimblett Gravels (STONE).
