Elemental Collection Stone Syrah 2023 750ml

Our STONE vineyard is composed of gravel and silt layers originally formed after a great flood of the Ngaruroro River in 1867. The river stones absorb and radiate heat on the vines to create concentrated, structured, bold, age-worthy wines.

Technical information: 96% Syrah (STONE vineyard), 4% Viognier (SEA vineyard) All handpicked and fermented in open top tanks, hand plunged 22 months aged in French barrel, 40% new 110 cases produced
