This Pinot Noir is a blend of exceptional vineyards from two distinct sub-regions: 67% Alexandra and 33% Comwell Basin. 100% handpikced and destemmed fruit, with each vineyard batch fermented separately, before maturation in French oak barrels for ten months. 20% new oak. Bottled without fining.
