Maxim Reserve Syrah 2021 750ml

Vintage 2021 brought long warm days, cool nights, and a slow, even ripening — ideal for Syrah. Grown organically in the gravel-rich soils of Bridge Pa, the fruit was handpicked at peak ripeness. Winemaking was minimal, allowing the vineyard to speak, with the wine aged for 12 months in French oak. A small portion of Viognier was blended in to add aromatic lift and complexity.

This Syrah is fragrant with dark berry, plum, and floral spice, supported by silky tannins and a lingering finish. Crafted to reflect both the season and the site.
