Reserve Sparkling NV 750ml

The Fête Sparkling Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and

Syrah grown in Hawke’s Bay. Minimal skin contact and

the exclusion of hard pressings has resulted in a very

pale blush colour. The base wine was fermented at low

temperatures with a highly aromatic yeast strain,

achieving a lovely aromatic profile. To achieve the most

vibrant and fruity expression possible, the wine was

bottled early.

This wine has a very delicate pale blush of pink. The

aromas are vibrant and exuberant with notes of apple

blossom, raspberry, and peach. The palate bursts with

effervescence, crisp acidity and a delicate sweetness.

True to its name- brut, this wine finishes fresh and dry.

Served chilled this wine is deliciously refreshing and fun.
