Intense and brilliant raspberry colour. Complex fruity aromas of raspberry strawberry and currants with perfectly integrated vanilla and mineral nuances. A lifted delicate rose petal and spice notes on the nose.

Dry on the palate, with wild strawberries, raspberries and rose petals, the barrel ferment gives this rose a very full body with a beautiful creaminess that coats the palate giving the flavours breadth and depth, there are some lovely vanilla, clove and star anise notes in the background, the wine is beautifully balanced with a lifted fresh acidity. Complete and delicious, with a long and appealing finish.
