Methode Traditionelle Marlborough Blanc de Blanc Sparkling 2023 750ml
Produced from hand harvested and whole bunch pressed Clone UCD6 Chardonnay from the Wairau Valley, Marlborough - with a minimum of 36 months bottle ageing on yeast lees. Hand riddled and recently disgorged with a 3.0g/L dosage.
A light straw colour with delicate perlage. Hints of fresh pear and baked apple pastry layered over toasted oats with a pronounced saline acidity that leads through to the finish. Extra Brut in style, this dry Methode Traditionelle is best enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany seafood and poultry courses.
