Blush pink with aromas of strawberry, melon and hibiscus florals through to a moreish palate of berry and grapefruit with an inviting creamy fullness. A refreshing, elegant acidity gives the wine a long, mineral finish. Best paired with dishes such as fresh seafood, lamb, goats' cheese and creamy desserts.
