Hand harvested and graded to first class. Naturally ‘WILD’ fermented in aged French Oak Barrels. Wonderfully ripe and seductively complex, the wine shows apricot, poached pear, flint, oatmeal and subtle spice aromas on the nose. The palate is concentrated and richly textured with terrific fruit power and persistency, finishing creamy and lingering. 95 Points. No fining. Low sulphites. Sam Kim, Wine Orbit: 5 stars
