100% Pinot Gris ripe fruit was hand harvested from two short canes, gently crushed and briefly left on skins. Its gorgeous delicate colour derived from the grape skins personifies and brings out the joys of summer. Aromas of vibrant nectarine and passionfruit fill the glass, supported by an underlying creaminess derived from extended less contact.
