Aromas of passionfruit, honeysuckle, lemon curd and fresh-cut herbs leap from the glass.
The palate is vibrant and concentrated, a well balanced wine with lovely structure a long, lingering.
A portion (5%) was fermented with wild yeast in old French oak barriques, adding complexity, texture and softening the overall avidity to create an expressive Sauvignon Blanc.
