fresh strawberries and cream with hints of floral notes on the nose.

The palate is rich and juicy with luscious fresh berry fruit flavours and

a vibrant lingering finish

Well-balanced and ready to be enjoyed on a sunny day as an aperitif,

or with charcuterie, cheeses, or a fresh salad.

Produced from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir from clone 115

which is valued foritsdelicate refinedflavoursofstrawberries&cream.

Ferment was cool, long and slow with 7 days on lees adding a

creamy complexity to the juicy fruit freshness.
