Crafted from fruit grown on our Upper Awatere Valley, this Pinot Gris is all about elegance and subtle complexity. A delicate pale yellow in the glass, it opens with lifted aromas of pear drops, fresh breadcrumbs, and a hint of spice.
The palate is smooth and refined, revealing flavours of pear crumble, baked apple, and warming spice. A beautifully balanced wine with a refreshing dry finish.
Food match: Pair with Asian fusion dishes or lightly spiced fare to bring out its full character.
