A drier style Riesling with bright lemon and lime, white florals, apple and delicate spice.  The intense fruit flavours carry through on the palate, along with a crushed rock, mineral focus.  Mouth filling, yet dry with beautifully balanced acidity, and a long, crisp, spicy finish.

Food Match: Superbly paired with Asian cuisine and crisp green salads.  This wine is great to whet the appetite before a meal.

Cellaring:  Ready to drink now, although this wine should age gracefully for another 5 - 10 years if cellared carefully.
