With hand harvested fruit sourced from the Wairau and Waihopai Valleys of Marlborough, this Gewürztraminer displays fragrant aromas of rose petal, Turkish Delight, ginger, orange blossom.  The same flavours follow through on the lush palate, followed by a hint of cardamom.  This medium bodied wine has balanced sweetness, with a long, cleansing finish.

Food Match:  We recommend dishes with aromatic spices and flavours, such as Moroccan, Thai or Chinese dishes.

Cellaring:  This wine is ready to be enjoyed now, or beyond 5 - 7 years of the vintage date if carefully cellared.
