"Greg" Awatere Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2023 750ml
Dedicated to the memory of Whitehaven's founder Greg White, 1952-2007, our "Greg" Sauvignon Blanc offers a refined, pure, and distinctive expression of the Awatere Valley sub region.
Zesty lime, red and green peppers, gooseberry, fresh herbs and mineral notes, with a touch of sea salt and a long dry finish.
Food Match: Delicious with oysters or green shell mussels, as well as lobster and white fish. The wine also pairs nicely with summer salads, poultry and goat’s cheese.
Cellaring: We recommend drinking our Greg Sauvignon Blanc while it is young and fresh, but the wine can develop nicely beyond five years if carefully cellared.
Appellation Marlborough Wine (AMW) certified.
