Sauvignon Blanc 2025 750ml

Classical Marlborough and reflective of the warm summer with aromas of ripe citrus oil, white peach, tropical melon, green herbaceous notes, lemongrass and aromatic herbs.  The palate is Medium bodied, showing stone fruit, yuzu, tropical flavours, gooseberry, blackcurrant, and ripe greens. There is a lingering and precise finish. Fresh and elegant, supported by cleansing acidity.

Food Match: A perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood, summer salads, Japanese cuisine, light poultry and salty cheeses.

Cellaring:  We recommend drinking our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc while it is young and fresh, but the wine is capable of developing nicely beyond five years if carefully cellared.
