From one of the most ancient vines in the world, Sauvignon Blanc has a rich history in winemaking and a range of expressions.  At Foxes Island, we craft fine, elegant styles that are bone-dry, beautifully composed, and benefit from cellar-age. During the winemaking process, the wine is allowed to age on its lees (yeast cells) to develop layers of complexity and textural mouthfeel.  Beautifully fresh and deliciously dry, enjoy flavors of lime, peach, lemon thyme, and crushed river stones with a perfect hint of salinity.
