In this Kina Beach Vineyard Reserve Pinot Noir 2020, wild fermentation and significant whole clusters vinification yield a single vineyard wine of strong perfume and fine texture with distinct aromas of raspberry, sour cherry and dark chocolate. Our coastal site is reflected in fine detailed tannin with chalky complexity.

Duck confit with crispy potato medallions served with wild thyme gravy and roasted seasonal vegetables; Pork and fennel ravioli with creamed white wine parmesan sauce; beef bourguignon pie with garlic mash, tiny carrots and green beans; grilled cervana venison, beetroot, cashew cream, mushrooms and wild rice with chicken liver mille feuille; braised shoulder of lamb on mashed potato cake with roasted dates, pinenuts, and onions in a savoury red wine reduction.
