Linear and precise, this is a Chardonnay of the stones. Zesty and salty fresh. Racy acid juxtaposed by a swift, light-footed flow. Although more Chablis than California, this wine is neither: A proud wine of schist.        

3,944 bottles Clones 15 and Mendoza Mixed coopers, 21% new oak Organic single vineyard Hand- harvested on the 14th & 16th March 2025.
