Discreetly textural and fragrant, the 2025 Pinot Gris features florals, hints of black tea and biscuity notes finessed by linearity and some salinity.
Certified Organic Vineyard. 1,857 bottles. Hand-harvested on the 27th March and 2nd April 2025. Clones 2/15 and Sel Ovaille. 35% fermented in amphora, approx six months on skins; the rest was pressed and fermented in old oak barrels.
