Estate Pinot Noir 2010 750ml

The warm sunny 2010 vintage season allowed us to make this deeply coloured full-flavoured Pinot Noir with an aroma of berry fruits, dark stone fruit on the palate followed by spicy oak, pleasing mouth-feel and elegant firm tannins. The wine has appreciated its bottle aging, becoming soft and well-integrated, spice and savoury on the palate blending with the dark fruits.

TECHNICAL NOTES: 

alcohol 13.8%, pH 3.6, TA 8.3.  Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, one third new.
