The Rake Sparkling Pinot Noir NV 440ml

NEW LIMITED RELEASE FOR CHRISTMAS 2022 - The debonair and slightly devilish Rake as you've never experienced him! In fact, we don't think anyone else in New Zealand is making a sparkling Pinot Noir in a can (yet).

So it is well worth becoming acquainted with this unexpectedly dashing new Rake. It is young Pinot Noir, harvested by hand and made (and canned) on-site at Māori Point. The wine is dry and lightly sparkling, and shows flavours of smoky dark berry fruit,  spice, and caramel. Complex enough to make you think, yet refreshing and delicious enough to go perfectly with any hike, BBQ, concert, or time at the beach or lake. 

Serving temperature: lightly chilled. In fact, the perfect temperature is likely to be the same temperature as the river, lake, or ocean you're hopefully right next to, so put it in there for 10 minutes...

Pairing ideas: anything with bacon. And more generally, asian dishes, game meats, even dessert!
