Made in extremely small quantities, this cabernet Franc is a reflection of the unique terroir of our Central Otago, Northburn site. Blackcurrant, blueberry, and licorice aromas leap from the glass, followed by raspberry and spice. Fresh, crunchy tannins and lively acidity entwine around a core of fresh vibrant fruit. Uniquely grown in the southernmost wine-growing region in the world and made without added sulphur.
