There’s an earthy quality of dark soils and stone ideas. Chocolate and plums. baking spices and blackberry, olive and dark roses, tobacco and dried herbs. Dry, full-bodied and intense with a firm tannins and acidity framing the core fruit and dried herb qualities. An abundance of tannins and acidity, fruit and power. A wine that needs cellar time to fully integrate and develop with best drinking from today if paired with food, though best window from 2029 through 2035+."
