This 2024 Celestia Pinot Noir is made from perfectly ripe Pinot Noir and the absolute minimum of handling. 100% whole bunch fermentation, short vatted into seasoned puncheons and aged for 2 years. No filtering and no fining. The result is a very perfumed wine with aromas of rosehips, black tea, black fruit and undergrowth, with a dense and dark palate, fine tannins and a satiny texture.
