Ghost Noir is our Blanc de Noir - a white wine crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes.
The magic lies in the pressing. Pinot Noir juice runs clear, so by gently pressing the fruit and immediately separating the juice from the skins, we capture all the elegance of Pinot Noir without the colour.
The result is a wine that feels caught between two worlds: bright and refreshing like a white wine, yet carrying subtle hints of red berries and texture that make Pinot Noir so captivating.
Bright citrus and delicate red berry notes create a vibrant, energetic palate. Crisp, refreshing and beautifully balanced.
