Methode Traditionnelle Brut Sparkling 2019 750ml
This delicious sparkling wine is from the 2019 vintage. Aged for 12 months on its lees before undergoing secondary bottle fermentation, it was disgorged after another 18 months ageing then bottled in November 2021 and further bottle-aged in our cellars until its release in June 2024. A dry elegant champagne-style with baked brioche and white stonefruit/biscuity characters.
