Blanc de Noir Brut Sparkling NV 750ml
Blanc de Noir is a French term for making a sparkling wine with clear colour from red grapes. In this case Urlar Pinot Noir grapes were picked across our various vineyard sites to bring interest to the wine. This wine is fermented twice in the tank on its yeast lees to give richness before being bottled. The aroma is of delicate florals and berries with a dry yet soft finish.
