Pinot Rosé Pinot Noir 2022 750ml
Grapes were both hand-picked and machine-harvested. Parcels were selected across our vineyard sites to bring interest to the wine. Gentle handling, pressed off to settle in tank before being inoculated with differing yeast strains.
A small portion was also fermented in neutral French oak barrels. The wine was carefully blended to bring purity and freshness to the wine.
