Chardonnay 2023 750ml
Grapes were hand harvested in the cool of the morning, before being gently whole bunched pressed to retain aromatic purity. The juice was then lightly settled and fermented in French oak barriques. The wine went through natural malo-lactic fermentation brining real richness and depth to the wine.
